Unable to load BT website, data from BT not available. Managed to change my login details last week but now says my login details are not correct. Cannot change details or reset as website won't load!!!

managed to get onto BT website once to change them then website crashed so no idea if change went through. Have tried different browsers without success.
Have tried to login using old and new password, no luck. On trying to access website - message comes up as BT haven't sent any data???
Clear cookies going back to the time before the problem first started. If that doesn't work, try a different browser
Doesn't work on different browser. Have now managed to reset my username and password again BUT still says may login details are wrong!!!!!!!
There are many posts on this forum from people having the same problem, wait at least a couple of hours and try again, it appears that it can take up to 24 hours for password changes to propagate through the system
Cleared all cookies, tried to log in this morning - still says my login details are wrong!!!!!!!!
