For the last 5 months I haven't been charged correctly.
BT have only being charging me £6 for the TV package and not charging me for the line rental or broadband.
I didn't notice the first time but EACH month since I have rung up and explained to them and they said they would sort it. the last time I said I don't want to be made to pay the full amount in 1 go due to their continual **bleep**-ups. Last month was only billed for TV + sport increase.
How can I get this sorted without ringing the useless lot again?
