Being charged for free broadband

I have just received my second bill, two months after line and broadband were activated. When I took up my package, it was for 6 months free broadband, amongst other things, that's why I chose that particular package. I'm a bit miffed that this special offer discount seems to have been overlooked so soon. Hopefully a moderator can help me resolve this ASAP. I'm pretty annoyed that such a simple thing as an agreed discount can be disregarded so easily and quickly. Yet another example of poor customer service from BT!

A moderator should be along in the morning to look at this for you.

Hi Bakey1973,

I can take a look at your BT account to see why the discount was not applied. Please send me in your details using the "Contact Us" link found in my profile.

Thanks
