Being told i have to take Halo to get Fibre 100 & 250

Hi,

I have spotted the Full Fibre 100 & 250 is available to me. I'm currently on Superfast 2.

I have phoned up the BT Broadband upgrade/sales team and the prices they quote all include Halo. They can't offer me a non-halo package. I'm not bothered by Halo so don't really to have to pay for it. The BT tariff guide shows non Halo packages so suprised i can't get them.

Has anyone else experienced this?

ok...so can someone suggest how to resolve this? I'm keen to order Fibre 250 and willing to spend the additional money each month with BT but don't want to pay for something i dont want and need. The non-halo package is available according to the main site and the tariff guide so how do i order it?!
