Hi was just wondering how i go about seeing if i can get an extension to our lastest bill as my work is having isssues sending my wages due to staff shortages at head office due to the corona virus

Try calling the Billing Team on 0800 44 33 11. You may find that they are busy due to the present crisis but they should eventually answer.
