Bill increase.

My bill has increased from £68.05 a month to £85.10 surely this cannot be correct? How are people supposed to live with all these ridiculous increases, something here will definately have to go. Thats probably why they tie you into a contract.

Re: Bill increase.

that increase is greater than the 14.4% BT increase which applied from 31 March.  are you out of contract and lost some discount or is there some other variable that would account for the higher increase - phone calls?

Re: Bill increase.

Thanks for your reply but no changes at all to my package , not out of contract or over on phone calls.

Re: Bill increase.

you should be able to go to MYBT and view the bills and compare to see where the increases have happened
