I've been trying for 4 days to contact bt...to discuss my bill I'm unstanding its busy but I need to speak to bt asap

This is only a customer to customer help forum, the only BT Employees are the moderators.

If its a problem paying a bill, BT are not disconnecting or suspending services for non payment, during the current crisis.

Oh that's all I wanted to know as I'm out of work for the time being and things r hard. Many thanks is this a definate??
