Billing Charge Incorrect & Date Wrong

Hello,

 

My Broadband service was installed and activated on the 16th of January 2018 which is when i should start getting billed for but when i checked th bill BT produced, I have been billed incorrectly from the 11th of December 2017 and the amount is also not correct.

The order i placed states a monthly bill of £29.99 but the bill statment states £49.98 charge.

 

Please can you kindly help look into this and correct.

That will be corrected by adjusting your next bill.
