Billing error- undercharged

Good evening, please can someone look into this for me. I appear to have been under charged on my recent bill just issued. My bill should be £62 per month excluding usage charges. Last month I was £48 in credit which is fine, so prior to the bill being issued I paid £15 to cover the upcoming bill. Now when I have received my bill today it tells me I am still £40 in credit, it looks like I haven't been charged £33.00 for my broadband and £8.00 for my bt mobile SIM. This is Concerning as I don't want to get in a mess with my bill and end up owing money. I work to a tight budget and always try to pay in advance to keep me right. Can someone please take a look at this for me. Many thanks

he quickest way to get this sorted would be to contact customer service on 150 from your landline, alternatively if you can use live chat. The billing team can be contacted on this link.

I really don't want to go through The painful experience of Trying to sort this with a call centre in India. I recently had issues with an order and was a nightmare. Is there no one here that can help me?

They will post here with a private message for you to read. Then if you provide the information requested, they normally contact you personally within a few working days. They do take ownership until its sorted.
