I was calling to let you know that this has now been resolved. All releveant charges will be correct as of today 29/01. Your next bill is due in February, we'll get back in touch after it's issued to make sure this is sorted once and for all.
Hi Stephanie, I have received the bill and it's wrong they have back dated everything and I was told this wouldn't happen . Iam really worried about this now, I have pm,ed Robbie too.
Can you suggest what I can do now.
