Billing issue

I have recently recontracted my bt broadband and as part of the negotiations removed the hd from my bt sport on sky, I asked how long it would take for the hd to be removed and was told 30 days, later that night I tuned in to watch Man Utd get stuffed by Barcelona but the hd had already been removed so I had to watch the game in sd (very poor quality), I thought ok at least I’m saving £6.50, roll on to today and checking my bill, I can see I am still being charged for hd until 16/05/19, please refund the £6.50 for the hd that I am not receiving.

I am sorry that you're being charged for the BT Sport HD pack on Sky when it has been cancelled.  Do you want to have a word with our >> Billing live chat team << to see if you can get this sorted this afternoon?
