Billing

Moved to different broadband provider on 24th Oct. But BT still keeps billing me. Contacted bt last month online chat and they said they can see my final bill is generated and I will get refund. Yesterday received new bill for the next month , and there is no refund, just the same bill I get every month.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
