Billing

I have been trying to get in touch with you but can’t, I have now cancelled my direct debit  for this account and I am cancelling everything I have with you, you are charging me for a mobile phone that I don’t have the number is 07485  this as been going on since September 2019 and every time I phone you to sort it out you say it’s sorted then I get my bill and it’s still not sorted.

I am having to stop in for 12 weeks with this virus and I can’t get to my bank to sort anything out. I want to put a formal complaint in because your service to me as been very very poor

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. 

This forum can not cancel any products for you or inform BT that you want to cancel. If you want to cancel any products you have with BT you will need to phone BT in order to do that.

this is a customer help customer community forum and your post does not go to BT

if you have cancelled your direct debit for broadband and mobile then you will more than likely get letters for non payment  however BT have said they will no cut people off for non payment until end June
