Billing

Was looking at my bill and have seen theres a notice to say the direct debit had failed and that my bill is overdue. I've checked my bank statement and can see payment was clearly debited as per normal.  When I click make payment it tells me I can pay my next bill. It even shows payment was recieved in the account so whys it saying I'm overdue when I'm clearly not?

This sounds like the glitch reported several times here already, all of which cases appear to have come out in the wash. Keep calm and carry on, it seems.
