Dear BT (might sound like a silly post but due to circumstances) I am trying to let customer services know my late payment will be paid on Monday the 4th or the beginning of next week as the billing address to my account are not in the office due to covid-19 over the Christmas and New Year period. I don't have a mobile phone at this time and couldn't find the live chat box anywhere on my google browser. I am trying to figure out how to let them know to avoid my broadband being suspended between now and then as they do not work weekends anyway.

Do you have a landline phone where you can call 150 or 0800800150 from?
Who are you referring to when you say they don't work weekends?
No I do not have a landline as the phone poles were taken down about two weeks ago due to damages from weather.
Sorry what I meant is that my billing address is seperate from my home address as I have a private finance account outside of my main personal one and they're not in till Monday.
