Billing

I am on a Home essentials package with unlimited calls, and have just got a bill for over £250 all of which are UK call numbers either landline or mobiles. Why?

 Are you sure that you have Unlimited Calls in this Home Essentials package? Go to MyBT where you can view your bill and calls and see which calls you have been charged for.

My package is the following for broadband

Home Essentials - Unlimited Fibre Essential Plan 

and for digital voice

Unlimited minutes

So why am I having to pay for all of my calls?

I have been billed for all of my calls, both landline and mobile, which are all UK.
