I arranged my BT package through VoucherCodes on the 24th as part of the black friday deals. The package i selected was:
Unlimited Infinity Broadband
Line Rental
Free Activation
Free BT Sport
18 Month Broadband Contract
I have just tried to log into BT Sport online which says i don't have BT Sport on the account.
I have included screenshots at the bottom (some sensitive information removed) showing the order i wanted and added to my basket, but between clicking the "GET THIS PACKAGE" button and completing my final order the BT Sport element of the order dissappeared and i don't understand how
I have just spent 50 minutes talking to an advisor and his manager who were unable to give the resolve i was hoping for, explaining that i had a different package and price to the screenshots i have provided?

Hi @DavidM, i just received a call back from a different manager and came to a satisfactory resolution.
I will follow up with an e-mail to the moderators to confirm also.
