Broad band paperless billing

Hi when I signed into my account the other day I got my password wrong only once and it locked me out for 15 miniutes this has me worried as you normaly get 3 goes or around that before it locks you out and would indicate to me someone is trying to guess my details, would I be right with this if so who do I contact? I'd rather not leave this matter as if some script kiddie is trying it on I'd rather have him stopped.

I have previously found that if you get your password wrong even once it will give you a message that you are locked out for 15 mins however if you re-try with the correct password you will find it will let you back in without problem even before the 15 minutes is up.

 

It appears that there is no need for it to be entered incorrectly more than once to get that message.
