Broadband Delivery

I made a order on the 5th of December for broadband and it said the equipment delivery date should be confirmed within 48hrs. That time has a passed and I'm having no updates. All it says is that my line will be reconnected on the 18th of December. Also says it should come 2 days or so before then. I hoping so because this is around the time I will be moving into my new place. I just need to know and exact date but it won't update me with one but I was hoping it had as the 48 hour mark has now been and gone. Also wouldn't be too great payin for a broadband I haven't received.
