Hi,
After moving in my new flat in April, I've subscribed for a Fibre 2 broadband option that was supposed to get activated on April 19th. After several calls to the support, I still didn't have internet last week. I called them again and I've been told that there may be a problem with fibre not being available to my adress without confirmation. This week, I have just found out that my order has been cancelled without any kind of notice.
It has been more than a month of being bounced between BT services and I am also concerned about the compensation I should be entitled to get now that my order has been cancelled.
Thanks in advance for any kind of help you can provide,
Best wishes,
Vincent
If the date of your activation was not confirmed in writing, email or text, or was changed prior to confirmation you may not be due any compensation.

You will need to contact BT and ask them why there is a delay and why was your order accepted if there is no Fibre available at your address.
You should also confirm if it is Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) which is full fibre or Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) which is part fibre that was ordered.
If you use this link, use the Address Checker, to see what is available at your address.
