My usage monitor has been working OK for a while and now shows the previous day first thing in the morning rather than having to wait until after mid day.

I get the ssme BT message that the monitor is unavailable and I have done for the past 2 weeks.I contacted the mods and received a reply that it was being referred to whoever deals with the broadband usaage monitor.Why is it that a problem which is so widespread and of concern to lots of customers cannot be addressed by BT with a statement of reason

I wonder where the Usage Monitor is located and where it gets its data from ? 

Seems strange that different people are getting differing responses.

Not only is the Usage Monitor not working correctly for some customers (including me) wth no signs of it being fixed the speed checker sometimes only works when it feels like it.

I note too that the speed checker no longer shows the actual sync speed and that to have to go through hoops on the HomeHub interface to get that information.

MyBT is lagging well behind as well and still showing that I owe £120.75 whereas the balance, which was taken by Direct Debit today, was actually 80p !!!

 

Yes, a lot of things need fixing 😞
