Broadband Usage Monitor Not Been Working For Days

Very frustrated that the monitor hasn't been working for several days now.

 

Is this perhaps because the problem with YouView use is been sorted???

i used it Fri and it worked no problems for me.

Very strange, just tried it again and still getting the message below.

 

Could it be a cache problem, if so how can I clear it?

Thanks for the replies.

 

I am using Google Chrome and that keeps giving me the message but switching to IE9 I can now see the monitor.

 

It also seems a different layout to before and as far as I can tell there isn't any reference to YouView so perhaps this has now been resolved.

 

I will have to check how to clear my cache on Chrome as this seems the most likely problem. 

 

This is the info displayed at the bottom of the page.

Can it depend on the exchange I wonder as it seems to work for some but not others using the same browser(s)?

 

I'm on 'unlimited'' but still like to see how much I've used

 

I use NetMeter anyway but that only gives the usage on the PC on which it's installed wheras, AFAIK, the BT monitor will give the total usage by the line it's checking

Thanks for the replies.

 

This thread has been moved by the mods from the YouView section where the problem has been discussed several times.

 

I have not seen any info from BT that the monitor has now been fixed to prevent YouView usage being charged incorrectly against any monthly allowance (mine is only 10GB therefore of great interest) and was hoping/wondering if the new screen layour means this has now been fixed.

 

Have cleaned cache from Chrome and problem still persists so having to use IE9 to view. Monitor still behind the times as latest date is 25 April.

 

I have BitMeter OS installed but as has been mentioned this, and others like it, only monitor PC activity not YouView.

 

I assume that the BT Home Hub records the data sent/received and this is used by the monitor but have no idea of how to access that. Pity there isn't some sort of utility that could display this easily.
