Hi, I have encountered many problems after moving home recently but thankfully all these are now resolved - except I still haven't received the unique 'tech code' for taking out the broadband package. My eligibility was confirmed in an email on 8th July where BT said I didn't need to do anything as it would automatically be sent out within 28 days - but nothing as yet. I have also checked my BTID and it says there are no rewards pending. I can't see how to contact anyone online - and frankly I don t want to be stuck on the phone for hours again! Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

What date was your broadband activated?
Hi, broadband activated officially on the tracking order on 10th July. In reality it was up and running around the 4th July I think. Thanks
