I have just had an email saying I need to contact BT as they need to talk to me about my order. I logged in and it says my order is cancelled!!! I have now been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
We have set up phone and broadband for when we move in to new property next week and i need to be able to work. Why is this now cancelled? no one has contacted me and I have not requested it!!!
I was really skeptical about singing up with BT - i think i may have been right.

Don't worry too much as mines was cancelled without notice but after Robbie from BT who contacted me from here, sorted everything. You came to the right place

I'm having the same sort of problem with my house move. My order has been cancelled twice already and I'm expecting the 3rd re-order to go the same way. No-one I've managed to speak to at BT can explain why and just keep passing it to a "specialist department" that then cancels it again. They even told me to call a no longer used BT number to speak to them about the order. House moving is very stressful and BT are heaping more and more on with their couldn't care less attitude.
