The price promise is dependent on what package you are on. Call 0800 800 030 for the retention team and speak with them

@CoralC24 Halo is a broadband (normally fibre) product that gives additional benefits along with no price jumps at the end of your contract.

It depends when the agreement was made, if you agreed the contract before October 2019, you agreed that when the minimum term ends, the discount agreed would not long be applied.
If you agreed the contract after October 2019, you have an out of term increase capped at £8, for Halo customers there is no increase.
