Broadband reward card

Hello, I had Ultra Fast Fibre Plus installed on 13th December and am still waiting for my reward card to show on my account so I can claim it. I spoke to Bt before Xmas and they said it would show 18 days after installation, it is way past that now, and still no reward showing. Please advise who best to contact. Thanks

Did you place an order via bt.com?

Yes it was with Bt. I have since spoken to them again regarding this and they have advised me that they have claimed it on my behalf so I should be receiving it shortly.

Hi @Debw1 Thanks for posting back and glad to hear someone has submitted the claim for you. If you need to chase the reward card (they can take 30-45 days) check out Claiming a BT Reward Card and there is a link to put your query to the promotions team directly.
