We placed an broadband order on 5th March and it was supposed to be activated on the 25th March. This has obviously passed. All the order says is a specialist team is looking into it but with no estimated time of completion? It is almost coming up to a month and the delay is becoming increasingly inconvenient. Would appreciate if there was any reason why there are issues activating it?

Then nothing will be happening, as all provisions are postponed until at least June.
