Hello - I spoke to an operator on the phone the other night as I wanted to update my broadband to Halo 2 (free upgrade) change my BT TV and my family mobile sim packages- she said she couldn’t do it all for me and I would be best to do this all online. I have and upgraded to Halo 2 - when I updated my BT tv package it’s now re ordered my Halo 1 at an increased cost and it would t let me update the family SIM as I have outstanding orders? The call centres are too busy to get through - what should I do ?

The BTTV and Halo changes could of been done in one go, the advisor couldn't do a Family sim change as well in that scenario, it's because Halo would apply double data and the fastest 4G speeds to your mobile, that change meant further changes can't be done until the order closes.
