Broadband

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my broadband switchover to happen.. I have had at least 6 different dates as to when the switch over was going to actually happen.. the whole experience has been a nightmare.. my original date was the 25/01/2019.having contacted BT on numerous times to try and resolve this I was told I works have a case manger allocated to my order.. this never happened.. I was then contacted by a guy claiming to be the engineer, but he turned out to be a scam artist trying to unlawfully access my computer.. fortunately we were suspicious from the start and contacted BT and reported it.. but it is worrying that these people had all my details ...still waiting to be contacted about the whole poor service and experience from BT, obviously I’ve logged a complaint but they dnt seem to be bothered.. terrible terrible service..

Did you move from another provider, if so, is your BT Retail phone line working?

What broadband package did you order?
