Purchased BT Broadband in November, it came with a £120.00 reward card. I can access the claim page, no problem by logging in with my BT ID, but there is no actual link for the claim. It says there is a reward card there, but no link to get at it. Any help would be appreciated. I see many others have had a similar problem after looking through the community.
Yes, that is the link I keep seeing.
Believe I did it online. Memory not greatest as I was moving house and was changing/setting up many suppliers of household utilities at the time, both phone and Internet.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
