Bt Reward cards

Hi all, 

I've recently joined BT with the promise of £110 reward card, I was unable to claim this initially so I contacted someone via the live chat, he then told me that my £80 reward was going to be sorted, I corrected him and he agreed that my 110 reward would be with me by 29/07/20 I've just recieved a text saying my £50 reward card will be posted shortly and I can't get hold of anyone who can help!

Hi @Lefrew  welcome to the forum and sorry for the confusion over the amount of your reward card.
Please would you advise what date you placed the order on and what broadband package you ordered?
Also, was your order placed via a referral link from another website, and if so which one?

Hi, I placed the order at the beginning of July through bt's website. I signed up to fibre 1 broadband at 26.99

Hi @Lefrew thanks for checking that and getting back to me. There were offers between 26-June-2020 09-July-2020 and 10-July-2020 16-July-2020 for Fibre 1 and the reward card was for £50.
The £110 reward card was for the fibre 2 package only.
