Bt app

Hi

When I go to my BT app and click on billing an error message displays which says ' Sorry we couldn't connect you, we can't seem to find the page you are looking for' 

How do I fix this?

have you logged in to MYBT app using your BTID.?

is you app up to date?

Sorry but you are using MYBT app and logging in with your BTID and password not your email address and password
