Subject: Delayed BT Reward Card Claim (6th August)
Hello,
I am writing regarding my BT Reward Card claim, which I submitted on 6th August. I first claimed it on 27th july but i moved address inbetween and was told by bt they would tempory hide the bt card so i didnt have to wait another 30 days for the card to arrive till my new address went through this was lies and made me reclaim it on 6th august iv made over a dozen calls to u to be promised last week id have it in 24 hour every time i ring its a diffrerent date for it to arrive your own terms state 30 days from claiming it it is now overdue and still nothing. If i dont recieve it today im posting this on my tt acount where i have 72k followers im at my wits end now no one in bt customer service know what there doing i rang pure card they told me them selfs it has gone over the 30 days and to contact bt as they havent even got my info on there system to semd me my card
I have heard nothing since submitting it, and every time I call phone support I am just getting passed from pillar to post. This level of service is disgusting and unacceptable.
Please investigate this claim immediately and reply to let me know when the card will be dispatched.
