Bt customer service and order activation nightmare

I have recently moved home and needed a line installed and activated. I have had the initial service and the guy said he would need someone else to fix the line outside. Next day a engineer comes without any scheduled visit, he could not fix it so he said he would come back either the same day or tomorrow. He never came back. The India customer service team have recently rescheduled two visits and no one has showed up!. They will not let me speak to a manager and they do keep changing my activation. I'm fed up with this poor service I just want my brother service back up and running and to speak to a UK based order team as I am not losing any more days off work for a no show for BT!. Can a moderator please help me speak to someone before I cancel and have no hair left. I only want my BT to work?
