It’s a joint claim,husband and wife. On our online journal (everyone on uc has one) my name (Lucia) is the first name on the claim, I also am receiving pip . I can’t see any messages from you.

Click on the envelope icon at the top of the page, it should have a red 1 adjacent to it.

Yes there is a red dot next to the envelope but it’s showing no messages

Have you tried scrolling down the page? There's a huge header that, depending on screen resolution, could place the actual message out of sight.
