Hi,

I didn’t think you were entering a 12 month contract ? If your circumstances change within those 12 months can you leave without any exit fess been applied.

thank you.

Hi @Stairmaster if your circumstances change there won't be any exit fees if you need to cancel.

After 12 months, we’ll run another eligibility check. If you still qualify, we’ll keep you on the same plan. If anything’s changed, we’ll let you know.

Thanks

Neil

Yes, but what if the customer wants to leave early?  Do you have to pay till the end of the 12-months?   Publicity seems to suggest this was a month-by-month thing, but the signup speaks about a 12-month contract.
