Bt id activation problem

I’ve just signed up for a new broadband package but like many others I’m having difficulties activating my bt id.

I received an initial email activation but when pressing the link it informs me that it has expired. I requested a new activation link many times but never actually receive a new email. I also changed my password as other posts have recommended but no change.

Can you assist?

Welcome to the community.

If the activation email came up as expired and you are no longer getting the activation links, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can help.

They'll be able to access your account to make sure that the details are set up correctly and help to get you logged in.
