I ordered bt infinity 2 on 7th August, the activation date was 25th August but nothing happened, on 3rd September my phone line got took over but still no broadband activated. I keep ringing up but am getting nowhere, this has gone on too long now, I need to know what the problem is and when I'm gonna get connected. I need to get in contact with the specialist team working on it.
