Bt infinity unlimited usage broadband suddenly appears as 25gb limit
I have been on bt infinity unlimited usage for the past year. Yesterday I got an email saying that I was nearly over my 25gb usage limit. I checked my account online and it said I was still on unlimited usage but the usage monitor said I had a 25gb limit. Today I phoned th sales team who confirmed that but couldn't do anything about it. They sent me to the customer options team who also confirmed it but couldn't get into my account to change anything, so sent me to technical support. After an hour on hold I was told it wasn't their problem and diected to e chat. After another hour waiting I was told to phone the FTTP team in the morning!! My account should still be an unlimited usage one as no changes have taken place to my account!!
all I want to know is if this is merely a glitch in my account as I don't want to end up getting charged for overusage on my unlimited usage account, and who i need to contact to get it sorted!!!
