Hi I can't claim my bt reward card, I received the email confirmation but everything i click the link nothing happens, and when I try to call customer services it says I need to be an EE customer

are you with BT or EE? if BT then you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed since your activation date. after that you can try your MYBT but if still nothing try message now to billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

I am a bt customer, I have already contacted through the webchat and they said to call the number which just said I need to be an ee customer.
My service was activated on March 24th so it's been at least 14 days.
you can either try CS 03301234150 or the billing message now again probably get someone different who may help
