Hi,
I purchased a new BT Broadband package and a £70 reward card was offered installed on 20/11/2025. I claimed it successfully on 21/11/2025. I emailed Purecard as instructed . The team told me no data has been sent to them by BT, so they can't send the reward out and asked me to contact BT.
It's been over 40 days since the installation. bills paid, I’ve still not received the Card
