Bt rewards card

I have a reward to claim from bt for having the fibre broadband but I can't seem to find the button to click that will allow me to claim it. I think it has been more than 30days since my internet was plugged in.

I have been to the website you linked already and I can see the reward card to be claimed but I can't see a claim button. I am a new customer, I joined bt on the 15th of march. I should also be getting a tablet as part of the deal but am yet to receive an email for that too.

Once the cooling off period has passed (14 days after the activation date), you'll receive an email with a code to claim your free gift.

Once you have received your code, you can select your free gift from the BT Shop here - https://shop.bt.com/other-pages/bt-customer-offers/bt-broadband-march-2019-offer/

Please give it a few more days. If the email does not turn up by next Monday, then  post back here and a moderator can be asked to assist.

Check your spam folder is case its ended up there.

I still cannot claim the gift card in my by rewards and I've checked again and still not received any emails the free tech gift. Please advise me on what I should do next.
