I requested the refund for 2 months for BT sport which went through and also changed my package to reduce the overall costs monthly. I was therefore given around £80 in ‘credit’ so this would cover my bills for the next few months, I was told by the phone advisor. However, I received my bill on the 16th and I was charged £168.63, due to me ‘cancelling’ my contract. This all got refunded however all my credit has disappeared, with only one month of BT sport being covered by the refund. Please help as I don’t know where the credit has all gone??

I'm sorry there's been a few issues with the charges on your account. Your best bet would be to contact the billing team on 150. They should be able to sort this out for you.
