I had issues claiming my reward card as it kept saying there was no reward for me to claim I contacted bt and they claimed it for me and I received a msg on the 29th March to state the reward card will be with me within 30 days yet I'm still within that time no sign of it arriving but also I received an email stating I could track the reward card but when I log in it says nothing claimed anyone else had the same problems?
