By reward card

I can’t seem to activate my reward card. I’ve received the card and the activation code but when I get to the bottom of the form there’s an error when creating a password. What should I do

I'm sorry you've had difficulties activating your Rewards Card. Did you managed to get this sorted?

If not you will need to contact Pure Card. You can do so by email at BT@Purecard.com or over the phone by dialing 0344 879 1068, 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.
