CLAIMING REWARD CARD

Hi, although I keep getting emails and text telling me not to forget to claim my reward card, when I click on the link it tells me there is nothing available

Hi @virginia, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't claim your reward card. 

Do you know how much the reward card should be and has your broadband service been active for more than 14 days?

60.00 and no I haven’t been connected 14 days, it says on the emails and texts I get as soon as I am connected

Thanks for getting back. Can you check this again after you've been connected for 14 days? If it's still not available to claim we can step in at that point.
