Camplaint

To Whom ever is redding this.

I Joined Bt on the 12 augustus 2021 I just moved in and I told them that I am working from home and need Internet asap they sent me breadband and everything 27 augustus engineer came he said and I quote (

You've had an issue with your address with a new order being built off the wrong exchange.

Tell them you are fed off a pole in Clark street. Pole number 201 which is off pcp e1 which is off EASTON EXCHANGE.

Make they sure they confirm the order is built off EASTON exchange.)

 

  • I called bt told them this and they said no problem we don't need to cancel the order we are sending you someone els on 1 of september and everything should be fine. When engineer came he said no this is not good it is still build on the wrong exchange. 

 

Called Bt again they cancelled the order on de 7 september with my camplainet being raised they said we will arrange an engineer visie on the 10 you do not need to wait. I closed my camplained it turns out that they ware lading to me just to close my camplained engineer came in the 14 september he looked surprise he said it is building on the wrong exchange.

 

I still have no Internet and bt is keep promising me to fix this. I am ceusing that nobody is listing and that I am just being but back and front.

 

I have really been patient with you this just onacceptabele

as you have tried a few time to get your connection up and running I have asked a forum mod who are BT employees to see if they can help   they will post here
