Ive had broadband connected for nearly 21 days and i have still had no code and info about how to claim my fitbit. Ive called up several times and spoke to numerous people but i still have not recieved anything. Is there someone who i can speak directly to that can solve this and issue me with my fitbit claim code? I see im not the only person to have been overlooked in being sent a code. I also had to call up about claiming my reward card as i never had that claim option available either.

thanks, ive filled out the contact form as requested. Im not sure why but BT online chat for order queries is down, despite it being within the advertised opening hours on the "we are closed" page. my broadband speed is also considerably slower than my assured minimum speed when taking out the order 😞
can you contact me again via phone please or can a mod please pass this on to RobbieMac? i cannot get the FITBIT code he issued to work in the store.
