I've been charged £6 for the last 3 months, every time I phone 0800800030 spend an hour on the phone and get a refund and I'm told it won't happen again, each time they say they have to request Online Integrity Form to sort out my bill. I have to say BT seems to have the most complicated billing system I have ever come across. If they get it wrong the next time it is probably a case of 3 strikes and out.
