I will be transfering to BT Broadband on tuesday. When they contacted me they said they would send me an email to let me know when it will be set up and activated. But I can not access my email as it gives me the error. "We don't recognise your details. Please check you've entered your full email address and password correctly and try again."
I am using my BT ID email as well as password. I was reading up on how to fix and someone mentioned about setting it up on BT Extras, But I can access that either when I click on My Extras. I have tried to use the live chat but I keep waiting ages for a Agent to show up.
Anyone one on this forum be able to help? I would like to get this fixed before my activation day on tuesday.
